All services are final sale. No refunds will be issued. Clients must notify us within 14 days of the original service date to request an adjustment. Adjustments apply only to the original service. Adjustments are valid only if the original service was performed at Anthology Salon, no chemical or corrective services have been performed elsewhere, professional at-home care instructions have been followed. Services altered by another provider void this guarantee. By booking or completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that all services are final sale and non-refundable.
RETAIL GUARANTEE:
Eligible haircare and retail items may be exchanged for in-store credit within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Exchange only-no refunds. Items must be unused, unworn, tags attached, and in original condition to qualify for exchange.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES: To protect our Stylists as well as our Guests, we have in place a 24 hour notice of cancellation/reschedule. Any chemical service 2 or more hours requires a 48 hour notice.
